Deux

autres médias, le délai de poursuite pour diffamation sur Internet. Le
Conseil a également atténuée la responsabilité des hébergeurs, statuant
qu’ils ne sont responsables que si le caractère illicite de l’information
est « manifeste ». Ces deux décisions donnent raison aux critiques émises par
la Ligue des droits de l’Homme, IRIS, RSF et le PS.
