« Elephant » traite des « school shootings » de Columbine High School, ce qui était déjà le sujet du film « Bowling for Columbine » de Mickael Moore, dont le Café Pédagogique vous a parlé dans les n°24 et 25:

Mais pour l’instant, le film n’avait pas prévu son succès, et il n’a pas de distributeur en salle : il était initialement prévu pour une diffusion sur une chaine cablée américaine…
Sa sortie en salle est prévue en France seulement le le 29 octobre 2003!
